Usage note:

The revocation form, with which the consumer can declare a possible revocation, must be made available to the consumer unchanged (information obligation § 4 Paragraph 1 Z 8 FAGG). Therefore, no adaptations should be made here.

Both in the cancellation policy and in the cancellation form, the term “right of cancellation” is used instead of the term “right of withdrawal” contained in the Austrian FAGG. This is explained by the fact that these should be able to be used internationally (also in Germany). While Germany generally speaks of the “right of withdrawal”, the term “right of withdrawal” that is customary in our country was used in Austria. However, both terms mean the same thing.

When we have received the goods, we will refund the costs (item + delivery costs) to you immediately.

Electronic Cancellation Option

In addition to the legal options for exercising your right of cancellation by mail, email, or through other unambiguous statements, we provide an electronic cancellation function (“Cancel Contract”) on this website.

You can use this function to submit your cancellation online and transmit it electronically. The cancellation function is accessible in the customer area as well as via a clearly marked link in the footer of this website.

To process your cancellation, the following information may be requested:

Order number, email address, statement of cancellation

After submitting your notice of withdrawal, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., via email).

Use of the electronic withdrawal function is voluntary. You may also continue to submit your withdrawal notice by any other legally permissible means.
